Losing Spectres

I lost my Perfect Spectres multiple times now, the only time I noticed it right away was when I left the Monastery of the Keepers.

Once reentering the zone and trying to resummon my Animated Guardian (that "died" too) it said " cannot resummon the animated guardian in a zone it died" dont know the exact error message, but you get the point.

After that my spectres were gone for good again.
They did not resummon anywhere.
