Scarabs Setup in Map Device Lost after Map

I'd prepared 10-ish maps worth of Harby scarabs to run. When I launched the map I realized I was on the wrong character, so I immediately switched to my other character and went through.

When I finished the map, I went to dump my loot in the stash and then I went to put another map in. I then realized that the map device had no scarabs in the five other slots when I launched it, even when they were previously filled with anywhere from 10 to 20 scarabs.

Thinking that they were somehow stored in either the additional stash in the map device or the actual stash I went to check both. No scarabs were present in the fragment tab stash, there were some scarabs in the map device stash, but those were the extra ones that I placed there beforehand.

I've effectively lost all those scarabs.

PS.: As people in global chat suggested, I also tried checking Eagon, but since I haven't interacted with him I doubted it could've been the issue, and in fact Eagon's tab was also void of scarabs.

Edit: After waiting a couple minutes (maybe something related to the instance), I relogged on the character i'd started the first map with, and the scarabs were back in place. I guess this post could be considered sort of solved?

Map device is individual per character, so if you have scarabs in the device in one character, they are only there for that character
