Shadowed blood not working as intended?

I've had a few instances in the campaign where I am taking massive degen damage from a 10 stack bleed even though I have Shadowed Blood. Shadowed blood states I would not be affected by damaging ailments, and bleed is included in the tip. I believe this is a bug?

" Bleeding can't stack. It's a Corrupted Blood debuff, and it's not an ailment. Bleeding and Corrupted Blood are different things. |

i see. bit strange that it doesn't apply to the shadowed blood ailment stuff.
