Valdo's Abyss - No reward

Full cleared Necropolis map that was supposed to give out Amanamu's Gaze unique jewel. I did not receive anything, I even did the harvest and legion (which should not be even needed) 0 monsters remaining, abyss full cleared (you can see the opened chest in the image). Nothing.

Can we please get a fix? It seems to be an old issue that has never been resolved.

Same issue here with City Square map and Amanumu's Gaze (dont know if its related to the reward).

All mechanics cleared and no mobs remaining.

Just lost another reward in another map - Mask of the Stiched demon. It's 100% the abyss.
