Helmet from Genesis Tree gives different Resistance than stated

A Helmet i recieved from the Genesis Tree states +27% Cold Resistance but when equiping and unequiping the helmet the Cold Resistance doesnt change at all but rather it is applying to the Fire Resistance instead
