Flasks (Coruscating Elixir) with 'reused at end of effect' can fail when entering a betrayal room.

It's been mentioned here before but I have noticed that rarely, my coruscating elixir will fail to reuse itself.

it seems like it happened the exact moment I switched from the map to the betrayal room.

there are no map mods affecting the flask charges- I stood for 20 minutes after with the flask reusing itself indefinitely.

obviously, it might not be limited to coruscating, quite possible any flask with the effect can fail if the timing here is dead on.

Also, unsure if other rooms could cause it.
