Black Scythe Arbalist is NOT fixed.

I was playing my 100 lvl HC character that killed all content with all rare mods, but that piece of... code CLEAN one-shot me ofscreen. (Yes, it didn't even break death-dancing) 1 damage mod (extra lightning), one damage mod form expedition.
Maybe your new phys as extra is not working as intended idk. Why not just reduce it by some% and go with the previous one?
