Betrayal bug, wrong crafting bench.

Fortification safehouse, one of the rewards is a crafting bench that doesn't let you do anything (looks like one of the old hideout ones?). Vorici was leader of Fortification with 3 stars, Tora and Vagan were the other members (also each with 3 stars).
