The Balance of Terror Cobalt Jewel - Dont work if hex was casted by Vixen's Entrapment

As a tittle says, any hex bonus of The Balance of Terror dont work if curse spell was cast by unique gloves Vixen's Entrapment.

Was tested in map that reduce action speed per spell cast and hex bonus from The Balance of Terror - "Action Speed cannot be modified to below Base Value if you've cast Temporal Chains in the past 10 seconds" Temporal chains was socketed in Vixen's Entrapment.

Vixen's Entrapment does not "cast" curse spells, it "triggers" them.

Triggering a skill does not count as you "using" a skill, "casting" a spell, or "attacking" with an attack.
