Double Corruption Chambers not working!

Had gotten 5 locus of corruption have 5 different chests, Have gone into 2 locus chambers now and both say item is unusable across all 5 chests. None are corrupted and all should be good to be double corrupted. Burned the first locus of corruption because thought it was just that one... went back into another one and same thing unusable across all 5 items. I tried rebooting the client, going in and out nothing works just tells me it is unusable.

Exact same thing happened to me. Ran one, it was bugged. Ran another, realization kicked in. I did do some before the patch as well and it was working fine.
