Eagon Maps Party Progress Not Working and no breach blood gained

I'm not sure if this is intentional or not but I've noticed 2 major things with Eagon and parties.

1) only the party leader can progress Eagon and gets credit for those pinnacle bosses. All other party members have to find their own Eagon in their own maps and progress him. This feels wrong to me because maven/eater/exarch we get credit in parties.

2) breaches in Eagon maps seem to not grant breach loot to other party members. At a minimum non-map owners get 0 blood gained from doing breaches in eagon maps.

I hope these both get patched. Didn't see it mentioned anywhere else or in the 3.27c patch notes.
