tunneling shield charge sets character below ground

Hey, this has been in game for ages now, since mtx came out pretty sure, but during tunneling mtx shield charge, and possibly while frostblinking, rarely its possible to glitch yourself underground, you can't portal out as they're likely created out of bounds as well, only way to exit is keep blinking until it resets or log out.
