Simulacrum+Cheiftain Hinekora's Deaths fury bug,

Shades from the ring "The Hateful Accuser" doesnt seem to procc explosions from Cheiftain ascendancy on acts 9 simulacrum and act six simulacrum, it proccs on act 10 and act 7 with no problems. This makes Kosis impossible to kill on some maps for RF/CwS but not on others at the later stages if no mobs is closeby.

Added point is that life/shield scaling seems to be a bit off aswell when added monster / boss life is added to Kosis.
