Reflect Bug ongoing PLEASE FIX!

Can someone please explain how the hell I'm still taking reflect damage while using void manipulation, valotiles don't reflect, tornado is Phys damage. But I still keep killing myself on an Ele Reflect Map. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?! I was a slider away from my next level when I encountered these issues, which don't make any sense. I can't submit an image for some reason. GGG PLEASE HELM MY SANITY!

I took it off before entering the map. It wasn't that. lol, I rechecked my build every time I died to figure out the problem.

Volatile Dead - initial corpse explosion can’t be reflected, but the orbs hitting enemies can be.
