Echo'd hydrosphere pulses with Plume of Pursuit not critting

I've equipped Plume of Pursuit with Cast while Channelling - Spell Echo - Cyclone - Hydrosphere linked
I'm an Elementalist so I always shock the hydro sphere.
It should repeat pulses and crit as per the wiki and S11 E4 of build of the week https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Hydrosphere#Repeat

These crits should summon tigers for me with the new blood line ascendency.

We also tested this with a power charge on crit support to see if it was a tiger bug but were not getting power charges either.



Self casting the orb
Freezing it with cyclone
Then self casting to move it along does get me tigers when it pulses
Maybe this is an issue with Cast while Channelling...
