Champion of the Cause wheel (and possibly others) not properly applying to banners.

While doing some testing, I found several issues with the Champion of the Cause wheel and the aura mastery skill "Auras from your skills have 10% increased effect on you". Specifically:

* The aura effect mastery "Auras from your skills have 10% increased effect on you" does not apply to banners.
* The "X% increased effect of non-curse auras from your skills" lines on the Champion of the Cause wheel do not apply to banners.
* The "X% increased area of effect of aura skills" on the Champion of the Cause wheel does apply to banners.
* The champion ascendancy notable Inspirational ("30% increased effect of non-curse auras from your skills") does apply to banners.

I tested this in the regular Maven boss encounter by inspecting the amount of block granted to me by Dread Banner and the amount of movement speed granted to me by Defiance Banner. Measuring from the edge of the room to the markings on the floor confirmed that increases to area of effect were properly applying. Checking my character sheet for uncapped block amount and movement speed confirmed whether aura effect was not applying. Other effects from banners are likely also affected, but they are less easy to test than block percentage and movement speed.

Other tree nodes (for example, Inspirational) may also be effected. I don't have the ability to test those nodes without respeccing my entire tree, which I can't afford to do.

EDIT: This appears to be due to breakpoints between the %increased aura effect multiplier and the %more aura effect multiplier from banner Valour.
