Spectre (Ritual Corpse) not respawning in hideout

My Perfect Warlord died in a map and should have respawnen back in my hideout but he did not.
Same happened with my Perfect Forest Tiger a few days ago.

I also never see them as fliyng spirits while still in the map they died in.

I've had the same issue several times today.
