Immense fps drops due to effects.
|
As stated above, issues are appearing when afromentioned effects are present. The more of them there are - the worse it gets.
List of effects: Delirium fog, Ground effects (exarch grates, shaper dot pools), Affliction Wisps, Breach domain purple effect, Zana influence petal effects (both abilities and mobs), on-death effects such as burning ground and shocked ground and eater/exarch influence mobs spawning for the first time. Before 3.27 no such issue was present. PC specs: Windows 10 64x TUF GAMING B460-PLUS Motherboard Intel i5-10500 3.10 GHz Intel Arc B580 32GB Ram 1920x1080 144Hz monitor Game settings: Renderer - DirectX12 (Vulkan runs better, but crashes the game every 5 minutes, DX11 is unplayable) Render resolution - Ultra Performance Vsync - Off Triple buffering - Enabled (changing it doesnt help( Foreground fps cap - 72 Antialiasing - Off Upscale mode - Intel XeSS (others are worse) Sharpness - 0% Lightning - Shadow (default) Shadow Quality - Low (default) Sun Shadow Quality - Low Number of Lights - Low Bloom - 25% Depth of Field - Disabled (Default) Water Detail Level - Low Texture Quality - Medium Texture Filtering - 2x Anisotropic Filtering Dynamic Culling - Enabled Dynamic Resolution - Enabled Target Framerate - 60 (putting it lower makes it worse) Engine Multithreading - Enabled Can't send a video of what's happening, but basically every time anything I've mentioned above happens, it drops my fps from ~50 to <10. If its an influence, then it stabilizes after ~5 seconds. If its something like wisps, breach domain effects or delirium, then the fps loss persists throughout the map. Delirium culls ~10 fps. Wisps and breach cull ~20 fps. Petal mobs and Eater/Exarch mobs spawning cull ~40 fps, but only temporarily.
