Legacy of the Rose Shaper Memory occasionally does not disappear or use the skill

As written in the title, occasionally the Shaper Memory simply does not disappear or doesn't even use the skill (in my case Shaper's Devastation). This disables the generation of Remembrance and thus further uses of the skill.

I do not know how to properly reproduce the bug unfortunately. Leaving and re-entering the instance apparently makes the Shaper Memory disappear, once again allowing generation of Remembrance. When it doesn't use the skill, the Shaper Memory can sometimes still be seen floating idly in the instance without moving.

This bug is highly disruptive for builds relying on the weapon.

Can confirm that this bug exists. It was also reported multiple times during previous league on this forum.

On another, perhaps unrelated note, if you have enough cast speed, you can accidentally cancel the 'Summon Shaper Memory' ability by casting another spell right after using it, making you lose all your remembrance stacks. This typically happens when I have 45 soul eater stacks, onslaught and atlas tree buffed acceleration shrine, so around 13 casts per second (according to PoB). You can still accumulate stacks after this happens.
