The Incarnation of Agony + Dissolution of the Flesh bug

Something about the damage coming out of The Incarnation of Agony in the wildwood is not being set to reserve HP against the Dissolution of the Flesh. The damage over time just damaged my HP pool and killed me anyway without reserving HP.
