Character gets teleported "back in time" to previous position 1-2 seconds ago

This has only started happening this (Keepers) league. It has been going on for two characters now as well as a hardcore character I played on. Randomly while going through a level my character will just teleport to a previous position. I checked through steam recording and didnt see and effects on me and have tried searching online for any ability or skill in the game that can cause that but have found nothing. This is incredibly game breaking and I have died multiple times due to this. I cannot continue playing the league unless this issue is explained or fixed.
