The Burial Chambers Boss was not tested with Necro Minion Build, because if it had, you would have spotted this problem.
The Burial Chambers Boss has an INSANE amount of life steal, as its taking life and healing up from all the Necros minions. Even when using the Pantheons -50% reduced life regen AND Frost Bombs -75% reduced life regen TOGETHER, the boss is still extremely hard to kill. Without Reduced life regen its impossible as a necro.
