Bug: Kalandra's Touch ring does not copy the ring anointment of the other ring

Kalandra's Touch states it reflects (mirrors) the opposite ring.

However if the other non-kalandra ring has an anointment that anointment is ignored as if the original ring did not have an anointment at all.

This is a bug as all properties of the other ring should be copied by Kalandra's Touch as it's acting as a mirrored copy.


How to reproduce the bug:

1) Equip Kalandra's Touch + A ring anointed with a blight anoint

(In my case I tested with empowering towers have +25% increased range)

2) Load into a map with the blight mechanic

3) See that only 1 ring anoint is being applied and that Kalandra is not working

My test:

-Equip 2x regular rings with +25% empowering tower range
-enter a white map with no scarabs (only 1x blight scarab)
-the diameter of the tower is 15.7 inches
-leave map

-equip 1 kalandra's touch and a regular ring with +25% empowering -tower range
-enter a new white map (not the same one) with no scarabs (only 1x blight scarab)
-the range of the empowering tower is noticeably smaller
