Perfect Guardian Turtle

After raising the Corpse in Hideout it vanishes or get replaced by Spectre from desecrate pool when going into a Map. In my case it was Host Chieftain, altough i never used it, it was only in desecrate pool.
I tried raising the Turtle in Act 1 Coast, but when moving to Hideout, it was replaced too. i have gone through 3 Turtles every single one was gone after swithcing locations.

Have you tried removing Desecrate and Bone Offering from your Wand with the "Trigger a Socketed Spell when you Use a Skill" modifier while trying to raise Spectres?
