My items got stolen/lost suddenly

hello GGG my items and currecy in some of my characters in standard and league (Keepers) got stolen/lost suddenly
yesterday everything was fine
today i logged in and found many of my big items and currrency in league ( only divines and chaos ) got stolen ... and im saying stolen because only the worthy items got taken
for example i have an RF chieftain character in standard that have the adorned jewel in passive tree it was stolen but the cloak of flame in the dame character did not
also in the league KEEPERS i had 2 divines and some chaos only those got stolen and all my other curreny are ok and my items 6 linked body and weapon got lost
it happened between yesterday and today

im hoping you fix this problem for me

im a long time supporter and player of your game
but in this case your game isnt safe anymore !!!!


and by the way i didnt login into any website in this period ( sketchy website or not ) didnt login into any website
