Evasion and Energy Shield Mastery - Bug

The Evasion and Energy Shield Master - 20% increased maximum enewrgy shield if both left and righ rings have an explicit evasion modifier isn working with foulbor modifiers.


I have a Shavronne's Revalation with the modifiers "Left Ring Slot: +1000 evasion rating" and despite my oposite ring also having a evasion modifier I dont receive the in bonus.

Its really a bug or foulborn modifiers arent explicit modifiers also?
