Memory Strand Bugged

I was doing the last map of the memory strand, Courtyard of Wasting, and i died when the boss had like 2% of his life, when i came back he was full life doing his last phase moves, teleporting everywhere and being a pain to kill, i had like 2 more portals, went to kingsmarch, saw the Memory NPC still had the exclamation point on his head, talked to him and he created another Boss Map from the begging with full Portals

Can't speak on the first part, but this part is normal. If you ran the same map again (failing the remaining instance), it caused the new map to be 'cursed' so it probably had virtually no loot in comparison because it's a safety net to let players try again to get boss completion with a cost of reduced loot and league mechanic spawning. But you accidentally used it when it's meant to be used when you fully run out of portals.
