Weapon swap bugging, not letting me swap on command at times.

Hello, i've been noticing as of 3.27, weapon swapping doesn't always seem to swap when i hit the hotkey. In particular, i've found that if i enter a new instance with my weapon set 2 out, the first time i hit my hotkey to swap in that instance nothing will happen, whether it's immediately after entering the instance or quite some time later. Asked a few other people in global chat to test this out as well and they confirmed it was happening to them as well.

It's felt like there may be other times it's not working right as well, but the above case was one i noticed easily and can replicate 100% of the time.

For a little extra info, playing on pc client, using keyboard.
