-30 Resist Bug

Hi, I just got into Act 5, level 46, have not fought Kitava yet, even the first time. But, I noticed I had under 30 Fire Resist. So, I checked all my gear, since I am a Necro, and have the +30 resist node (gives +30 Resist to 'you and allies'). I don't have any negatives to any Resists. So, curious, I pulled my character in PoB.

Looking at my resists, shows -30 Base to each Resist. Feeling I knew the reason, I went to the Config, it says I am recorded as having the Kitava -30 to all resists. But, again, I have not fought Kitava even once on this character.

Act 5 has a lot of heavy elemental damage, and access to really good Resist gear doesn't start until Lvl ~50 or so. That makes this a pretty bad bug or glitch to punish players with that -30 several levels early when they don't have many ways to remediate.

PoB by default has the -60 res penalty already in so if PoB is showing -30 resist its just taking into account your +30 res from ascendancy.

And if I were to guess you are checking your char screen in town where no auras are affecting you so you are not getting the +30 res.
