I got a rollback

i was farming in a t16.5, nothing special, got some drops like a voidborn reliquary key and then suddenly my game goes to the login screen and my map and my inventory is gone (only the drops, itens still there), no portals, no loot, like i was rollback from before opening the map.

This sounds like an instance crash, where your map instance crashed on the server and was lost before it could be synchronized with the master servers. What you see is being disconnected from the game and your portals are gone when you return.

Unfortunately, in addition to losing your access to the map you will often lose any new items or changes to your character that occurred in the map since the last time you entered it.

This is a consequence of the current game design and can be frustrating, for losing both items and content.


One option you have to mitigate this possibility is to leave the map to stash any highly valuable items (or just transition areas), which should force the data to be saved -- assuming you don't crash while trying to leave. Levelling up may also trigger synchronization.
