Specters lost after death

Hi GGG,

Since the last patch, any spectre that dies will become a spectre orb and will respawn in the next area as expected.
However, if a spectre dies inside a Hideout, it does not generate an orb and cannot be resurrected afterward — even after changing zones or relogging.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Summon a spectre in a Hideout.
2. Use Guardian’s Blessing Support (or any similar setup) that causes the spectre to die.
3. Observe that the spectre dies and no orb appears.
4. Enter a new area — the spectre does not respawn.

Expected Result:
The spectre should generate an orb and respawn when entering a new zone, consistent with the new patch mechanics.

Actual Result:
The spectre is permanently lost if it dies in a Hideout.
