Eagon Caeserius can't open the originator map

Hello,

In my hideout, Eagon can't open my Lava Lake originator map, causing me to be unable to continue the chainquest.
It says "the operation could not be completed".
I can't complete the remembered invitation, nor the challenges related to originator maps.
I don't know if there is something I should try to fix it.
I've tried scouring the map, rolling it with chaos, and removing eagon from my hideout to put him back. Nothing works.

Can I get some help about this please?

I have the same problem. Tried all the things you listed and nothing helped so far.
