Twitch Drop Xesht Finisher Effect Not Received

My Twitch drop Xesht Finisher Effect is already claimed in the twitch app 3 days ago and still not in game. My account is linked, and every other drop as been received without a problem. Am I missing something?

I have the same issue, twitch shows le that the "Xesht Finisher Effect" has been obtained yesterday, but I don't see it in game. I received the previous reward "Breach Character Effect", so it's not my account the issue.
edit: after 3 days, it finally appeared...

Same, shows as claimed on Twitch, not in my GGG account inventory.

Edit: I found this on another post in this forum, and it fixed it for me:
