Guild hideout dissapears in private league

We play in private league (PL75153), but our guild leader don't.
As we see, hideouts are synced between leagues, but in PL it for any reason was not created.
I pulled leader to Helena in act 2 and he created Atlas MTX hideout. But when I left it and tried to enter back after some time (leader was playing keers), it again says that guild HO is not created yet.
There was an idea that same MTX hideout could not be present in multiple leagues, so he put us Atlas MTX hideout and then put shaper's hideout in common keepres league.
But it become shapers in our private league too, so wi thought that is is synced.
He made it Atlas HO again as 1st time, but the next day it once more in "guild leader have not created hideout yet".
