Automation triggering non-linked spell

My automation support seems to be continually triggering my frostblink, while not being linked to it.

Not a bug; and Automation Support isn't doing that.
Your Automation Support is linked with Withering Step. As the tooltip of both skills specify - they share cooldowns with all other skills with the 'Blink' tag. Ergo, your Automation Support activates Withering Step, which puts Frostblink on cooldown. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
