Foulborn Lioneye's Paws seems like it isn't dropping/showing up on trade

Based on PoeDB and poewiki, there's a Foulborn version of Lioneye's Paws that grants increased move speed on full life rather than reduced move speed on low life. However, I cannot get a Foulborn version to show up on pathofexile.com/trade. I don't know if that means the item isn't dropping, or if it's not getting indexed from people's Market tabs
