Life regen blocked in Hive Fortress

My life regen in drought debuff in Hive during guarding Ailith was probably completely blocked. Map mods, eldritch mods were fine. I guess also I've been losing life to invisible debuff? Could you check it? I think maybe Drought debuff after drain all my flask charges started drain my life?
