I got partial-rolledback (?)

I'll come straight to the point where i just finish my map fpr Maven's Invitation: The Formed which the last map i do is Forge of the Phoenix

after i done the Phoenix i go stright to the Maven invitation, I remember precisely that i drop Awakened Melee Physical Damage Support and 4 Crescent Splinter

but after i click the portal to go back to my hideout, i got kick out of the game and when i log back in, my gems and crescent splinter are gone along with the atlas point that i should get from complete The Formed along with the progression from The Formed as well

what should I do

This sounds like an instance crash.
