Monster spawning bug - no monsters spawned around ritual.

Map generated with no monsters around my first ritual in the map, cannot activate the ritual with all monsters several screens away cleared.

Suspect this to be related to the issues around displaced monsters however this ritual is not placed near a breach mechanic.

Monsters were not "lured away" from the Ritual at all.
