Can't use provisioning wombgifts

Hello, I can not use provisioning wombgifts. Other types work but these just do nothing when pressed. I have added the bug report id to the top, any help would be appreciated.

Have tried restarting game/computer, using different provisioning gifts, changing my tree, both ctrl clicking and normal clickin to use but all do nothing.

I also am running into this. Relogging, changing passive points, selecting lower level ones does nothing to change this. All other wombgift types work though.

I had this happen. Took out all the passive nodes in the tree and used a Prov Gift on a naked tree and it worked. Put all the points back in and started back working.
