Currency Orb Charge Effect MTX is overridden by Spectres.

I noticed the currency orb MTX is overridden to the normal Endurance Charge visual when the charges are gained from the Perfect Warlord spectre. Frenzy charges still receive the MTX visual when they are gained from the Perfect Forest Tiger. Another note is Endurance charges gained from sources of Gain Endurance Charge on Kill are unaffected by the bug and maintain the MTX visual.
