RF of Arcane Devotion bug breaking

When you un-equip Rf of arcane devotion while its active (remove gem from gear)
you will keep burning and the burning cannot be stopped from using flasks like removes all burning when used. I can still see the aura tag of RF that says im taking burning damage even when the gem is not in my gear and i Actually take the damage.
