Using a Hivebrain Gland makes the breach encounter drop no graftblood

Dear GGG,

As I have described in the title, it is currently the case that completing a breach encounter after using a Hivebrain Gland when opening the map gives no graftblood. I did not die during the encounter or do anything weird and it happens every time I try it.

I am hoping for a fix, thank you
