Elder/Uber Elder Kills not counting for progression

Short version. My elder kills seem to not be counting for my account in the new league. I have the voidstone from the uber kill, but not the favored slot. I've killed normal elder multiple times, even completing feared, but yet no passive point (no kirac quest)

Bumping due to severity because this prevents me from finishing my atlas passive tree and favoured map slots, which prevents me from finishing challenges.

I've now killed elder 4 times across 3 characters, still no quest progress.

After talking to everyone in the final town again, my quest updated and I was able to do uber elder and update the quest.
