Terrible ping

Is it me or the game has some really nasty lag spikes right now? I thought they said they fixed the breach bug thing but seems like this lag spike is a new issue for some people, personally my ping just went up until I got kicked out of the server or it would just go up and down for 30 minutes then it disappeared. I'm in Singapore server btw
