Runegraft of Gemcraft + Awakened Blasphemy lvl 10 still bugged in 3.27

Just reminding/confirming it's still as bugged as before:

My lvl 6 gem correctly displays to get + 3 lvls from item and + 1 lvl from global modifiers and thus being lvl 10, providing + 2 lvls to the curse. In spite of the correct text displayed, it only increases the curse by 1 lvl.

The curse (lvl 21 gem), receiving +1 lvl from item, supported by lvl 7 Empower, should be lvl 30 when supported by lvl 10 Awakened Blasphemy and PoB says so too. But the game displays the curse as lvl 29.
