Breach not spawning any monsters - Vaal Temple Map

Doing some Kirak missions, went into a Vaal Temple map and cleared the baricades of the breach.
Clicked Ailith, and waited, but 0 mobs spawned, for 7 waves straight. Loot "explosion" was just a wombgift, no gold no nothing. Bug Report ID: #3,011,151,431 E : Tested a few more Kirak Vaal temples maps, thoses had monsters spawning. No clue what happened.
