No migrate all for HC to Softcore keepers?

I wanted to try out HC this league because they said we would go to softcore when we ripped, but I don't have a "migrate all" option. Is this intended? I have to redo everything again in softcore?

Intended. Only your dead HC character migrates. The "migrate all" function is only available after the league ends.
