Game unpaused while viewing passive skill tree

Bug Report #3,628,199,356

I was viewing the passive skill tree as I was respec-ing nodes. I had been paused in that screen for 5 seconds as my character was surrounded by mobs when I saw my life total immediately go to zero. I had not exited the skill tree or opened another menu before I died

this also just happened to me. opened up my passive tree and game did not pause.

Frequent issue, happens in poe2 as well
