Don't work the game

When I start the game, I see how I stand still, others also stand still and have a smoke effect as if they are accelerating, and when I press wasd to move, it doesn't move, and after a couple of minutes my character moves as if it is based on the speed of the flash, for 1-2 seconds it moves. This is a problem on all characters I have created or will create new ones. It's not a problem with my internet because I checked it. I can't play this, what's the matter, help me solve this problem please.
